The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the city center and public transportation. The recently renovated rooms provide a comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently situated near a bakery that offers delicious borek.
The staff was not very friendly and there was a lack of communication about hotel operations.

Whether it was room service, car hire, or assistance with tours and tickets, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Moreover, the hotel's facilities were top-notch. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The dining options were excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes. And to top it off, there was even a casino on-site, providing an exciting form of entertainment.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was amazing, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially loved the fact that parking was available right in front of the hotel for our convenience. The location was perfect, as it was close to both the city center and the mountains. We also appreciated the easy access to transportation, such as the trolley. the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.
